Applications

Operating Description

  • regulating potentiometer CV
    • According to your battery or LED the output voltage is set to your desired voltage value such as 4-string LED voltage regulator 14.8V, 16.8V and other four series lithium tune
  • set CC potentiometer counterclockwise around 30 laps the output current is set to minimum, connect the LED, adjust CC to the desired current.
  • For battery charging, the battery is discharged, and then connected to the output, adjust to your desired current CC (for sure when Charging the battery completely discharged before being allowed to adjust, because the battery charge remaining in the charge current is smaller.)

Adjustment method:

1. Battery undervoltage protection adjustment method

(take 10V undervoltage protection for 12V lead-acid battery, turn off output as an example) the input voltage stabilized power supply is adjusted to 10V. Adjust the under-voltage protection potentiometer (increase clockwise, decrease counterclockwise) until the fault indicator (red light) lights up, that is, set successfully; This battery discharge to 10 V, will automatically cut off the power supply, protect the battery from damage. Note: if not battery power can not be set;

2. Output voltage adjustment method

input power supply (voltage is higher than under-voltage protection value), red light is not on, blue light is on, output multimeter, adjust output voltage potentiometer (increase clockwise. Decrease counterclockwise) until the required voltage; Note: the normal red light is not on, the blue light is on, on the contrary, there is a fault, the input under-voltage protection, the output over-current protection, the output short-circuit protection.

3. Output current adjustment method

(take 12V input charge 12V lead-acid battery, charge current 5A as an example) input 12V power supply. Output and connect ammeter (red meter pen to output positive, black meter pen to negative, direct short connection output. Suggest using 15A ammeter to prevent burning insurance), adjust constant current potentiometer (clockwise increase). Decrease counterclockwise) until the ammeter shows the required value of 5A, remove the ammeter, connect the battery to charge normally. Note: for constant voltage equipment, only set the maximum output current.

Please do not use short way to transfer current, the circuit structure of this module can not be used the way short tune.
